Events page, How to submit an event knowledgebase |

Events will only be accepted for Pennsylvania and neighboring states.
To begin the process of submitting an event to PaAtving, Click on
the Events page link that reads "Submit your Events for the season
here". This link located at the top right of the events page
will take you to the first page of the event submission process. (See
screenshot below) This is where the event promoter will fill out all
relevant information that will appear in the "Info" link
next to your event, remember, the more detail you provide the less
repetitive questions you will be answering in emails to riders.

The
information the promoter provides will show up in the info link
"on the events page" next to your event.
Note:
For the "driving directions" link, to work, please provide
the town, which the event is being held in, and the zip code that
the event is located in.

Events
can only be submitted for one "event" day at a time, if
a promoter has more than one event for the season he must submit
each one individually.
After
the event is, submitted PaAtving staff will review it before being
posted to the event page
(this may take up to 24 hours)
